By leveraging trade discounts exclusively available to members of the interior design profession, with current reseller and trade credentials, Knowles Design is able to get much lower pricing than our clients would on their own. We then pass those savings along to you. Our concern is to establish a budget with our clients and maintain the budget and schedule throughout the project’s term. We do this by working on a cost-plus basis so no hourly fees are accrued making the client feel very anxious about Knowles Design being on the clock and keeping a smooth billing system in place.
Additionally, Knowles Design has been working with the same licensed and insured contractors and vendors for decades. This volume of business and the operational efficiencies we’ve developed together over the years, means Knowles Design receives labor and materials and pricing discounts that aren’t available to individuals.
