New Construction
From initial purchase of property to installation and moving-in, KDI makes construction smooth sailing. We help with the selection of architects and contractors, as well as working through the bidding process. Reviewing plans, coordinating the team, project management and interior decoration and design, we keep our clients’s needs at the forefront. We are your representative and will be responsible for specifying fixtures, finishes, hardware, flooring and palette, as well as designing custom woodwork, furnishings and window treatments.

We take pleasure in giving new life to your existing dwelling with our expertise and resources. Be it a new kitchen and baths, to updated pool, landscape and hardscape, KDI with our partners will create value and refinement for your home. We guide you in selecting items such as furnishings, window treatments and millwork to give an extra level of exclusivity.
